Il francese Gael Monfils è costretto a lasciare il Roland Garros a causa di un infortunio al polso. “Ho un problema al polso che non posso superare. Ho svolto gli esami necessari ed i dottori mi hanno detto che non avrei potuto continuare a giocare e che fermarsi era la cosa giusta da fare” ha fatto sapere tramite un comunicato.
Lo sfidante, Holger Rune, passa così direttamente al turno successivo dove incontrerà il vincente della partita Genaro Alberto Olivieri - Andrea Vavassori.
